Is coaching the same as therapy?
No — and this is worth knowing. Therapy is focused on healing the past. Coaching is focused on moving forward. I'm not a therapist, and I don't work with clinical mental health conditions. But if you're feeling stuck, burned out, or like you've lost trust in yourself, coaching is built exactly for that. If I think therapy would serve you better, I'll tell you.
How long does it take to see results?
Most people start to notice real shifts within the first 4-6 sessions — not because coaching is magic, but because having someone name what's actually going on cuts through a lot of noise fast. Deeper changes take longer. Most clients work with me for 3-6 months.
